Treatfield is not a financial institution. We use external payment processor service. Treatfield does not have access to your credit card number or any other payment information. Credit card numbers are never stored on Treatfield's servers.
The Treafield platform does not have access to users' payment information, which means that it is not able to transfer any payment data to the selected consultant or third parties.
Our payment processing partner complies with the security requirements of international payment systems, the PCI DSS standard for ensuring the safety, confidentiality and security of information about bank payment card holders and the rules of payment method providers for the storage of user information.
The Treatfield website is secure. All information is protected by an SSL certificate. The SSL protocol is a widely accepted standard on the Internet that is used for secure data exchange between users and web servers. The use of SSL ensures that users' personal data is encrypted and does not get to intruders.
Video call protection
For video calls, we use a technology that offers end-to-end encryption between nodes, and according to the developers, this technology provides secure communication in real time.
The website asks the user to explicitly allow access to the camera and microphone. This way, the user is aware that the camera and microphone are enabled on their computer. When the user grants access, a red dot or other notifying symbol is displayed on the browser tab, depending on the type of your browser.
The DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) protocol is used for real-time data transmission. This protocol is built into all browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Opera) by default. A connection encrypted with DTLS prevents eavesdropping and tampering with information. In addition to DTLS, this technology uses the secure SRTP (Secure Real-Time Protocol) data transfer protocol to encrypt video and audio. The video communication technology on the website maintains data confidentiality by providing secure communication in real time. In addition, you can create a unique password to enter the online room.
We do our best to ensure the protection of users, but we cannot provide guarantees regarding the continuous technical serviceability of the third-party services we use.
