TreatField represented by sole trader Poludyonny Ilya Viktorovich, registered according to the law of Ukraine, offers to an unlimited number of persons for the purpose of qualitative use of the resource on the conditions that are set below.
"TreatField" is an online platform through which the user (after registration / authorization - the Client) can get information about psychology, find a consultant in the field of practical psychology and get an individual online consultation (video session).
The TreatField is a website (platform / service) https://www.treatfield.com where information about psychology and related areas are posted. The platform also provides an opportunity for consultants to post information about themselves (their experience, specialization), and provide individual consultations from which the user of the Platform (the Client) can obtain different knowledge and information.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and TreatField and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TreatField with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
Access and Use of the Service
The website https://www.treatfield.com (the TreatField platform) DOES NOT PROVIDE any medical services and / or counseling in the field of medicine.
TREATFIELD DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. DO NOTE USE THE SITE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEEDS. The information on the Site, including data, text, software, music, sound, images, video, graphics, presentations, communications or other information (the “Content”) provided by TreatFeild does not constitute medical advice of any kind and it is not intended to be, and should not be, used to diagnose or identify treatment for a medical condition. Nothing on the Site should be construed as an attempt to offer or render a medical opinion or otherwise engage in the practice of medicine by TreatfField.
TREATFIELD DOES NOT RECOMMEND, REFER, ENDORSE, VERIFY, EVALUATE OR GUARANTEE ANY ADVICE, INFORMATION, TREATMENT, INSTITUTION, PRODUCT, PROFESSIONAL, COUNSELOR, PHYSICIAN, PROCEDURE, TEST, OPINION OR OTHER INFORMATION OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY COUNSELOR USING THE SITE, AND NOTHING SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS A REFERRAL, ENDORSEMENT, RECOMMENDATION OR GUARANTEE OF ANY COUNSELOR. TREATFIELD DOES NOT WARRANT THE VALIDITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SAFETY, LEGALITY, QUALITY, OR APPLICABILITY OF THE CONTENT OR ANYTHING SAID OR WRITTEN BY ANY COUNSELORS OR ANY ADVICE PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ANY COUNSELOR LISTING. TREATFIELD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUSTAINED DUE TO RELIANCE BY THE USER ON SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY ANY COUNSELOR.
Your Registration Obligations
You are required to register with TreatField in order to access and use certain features including but not limited to accessing content and creating a profile. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are protected and governed by our Privacy Policy.
Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify TreatField of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. TreatField will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
TreatField reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TreatField shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Acceptance of these Rules is mandatory for individuals (after authorization - Clients) interested in receiving information about practical psychology and / or online consultations with counselors (video sessions) using the service of the TreatField platform.
Age: If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian.
TreatField App
TreatField application is a simple video chat service, which allows clients and counselors to establish video connection with each other. All the main activities: registration, communication with counselors, etc. are available through the website TreatField.com in any browser.
TreatField app is used only for video call and for nothing more.
Conversations are encrypted between your mobile device and your counselor device, so that your conversations can’t be unscrambled by eavesdroppers.
Each browser or mobile device connects using a secure connection. In order to do its job, the bridge needs to decrypt the voice and video data sent to it. However, the encryption keys are not persisted to disk and are only available in memory. TreatField do not log or store any session data on the media bridge server — the voice and video data is decrypted only in memory.
By using this software you agree not to use it to share objectionable content or harass users of the system. Any user or room found to be be violating this rule will be banned.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE AND ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TREATFIELD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. By using the Service, each user understands and agrees that all advice, information, institutions, products, professionals, physicians, procedures, tests, opinions or other information or services written or provided are so written or provided by counselors who are neither employees of TreatField nor controlled by TreatField. Each user understands and agrees that, although a mental or medical health professional, physician, other professional counselor may have been accessed through the Site, TreatField cannot predict or assess the competence of, or appropriateness for their needs. Each user understands and agrees that, TreatField does not validate or otherwise endorse the Content or any individual. TreatField has no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of any counselor at any particular time. TreatField will not be liable for cancelled or otherwise unfulfilled appointments or any injury resulting therefrom, or for any other injury resulting from the use of the Site or Services whatsoever.
Users are strongly advised to perform their own investigation prior to selecting a counselor by making confirming telephone calls to the appropriate licensing authorities to verify listed credentials and education, and to further verify information about a particular counselor by confirming with (I) their current physician, (II) counselor’s office, (III) the medical association relative to the counselor’s specialty, and (IV) the appropriate state medical board or other governmental authority.
USERS WHO CHOOSE TO INTERACT WITH ANY MENTAL OR MEDICAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL, PHYSICIAN OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR ON THE SITE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH RELATIONSHIP IS STRICTLY WITH SUCH PROFESSIONAL AND NOT WITH TREATFIELD. TREATFIELD IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY WITH THE SUBSTANCE OF SUCH RELATIONSHIP OR THE ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN THEREIN, AND DOES NOT VALIDATE THE INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED TO ANY USER BY THEIR COUNSELOR. EACH USER HEREBY RELEASES AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS TREATFIELD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ADVISORS, CONSULTANTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM THE ACTS OF MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, ANY OTHER PROVIDERS ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE.
NO LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BETWEEN USERS AND TREATFIELD AND/OR COUNSELORS AND TREATFIELD BY USING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LINKS TO OTHER SITES OR ANY ASSISTANCE TREATFIELD MAY PROVIDE TO HELP USERS FIND AN APPROPRIATE COUNSELOR, MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OR SPECIALIST IN ANY FIELD.
Privacy Policy
TreatField respects users’ privacy. This page contains information about the privacy policy of the TreatField platform, and applies only to this website, our mobile application and to the information collected by them. It does not apply to any other sites and does not apply to third party websites from which links to the TreatField.com may be made.
Your Personal Information
TreatField collects only information that you provide voluntarily when you visit or register on the Site. The term "personal information" includes information that defines you as a specific person, for example, your name or e-mail address. Then you can view the content of the Site without going through the registration procedure. You will need to register to take advantage of certain functions, for example, to sign up for a consultation or to use video service and application.
In order to use video chat, your computer needs to tell us its “IP address” so that we can connect you with your interlocutor’s computer (which needs to tell us its “IP address” too). Although we do not track this information or keep a long-term record of it.
TREATFIELD does not transfer or share your personal information with any third parties.
Treatfield has the right to contact a third party (without your consent) in those rare cases that are prescribed by law, and only to the relevant authorities. This may include situations where life is in immediate danger or in cases of child abuse (if prescribed by local law.)
If you have any questions about rules of information disclosure, please notify the TreatField platform through the feedback form (use "Ask a Question" in top menu).
We will provide certain information only to the consultant chosen by you, since this information may be important for your counseling.
Consultants also must comply with confidentiality rules in accordance with their own ethical principles.
In addition to this, according to professional and ethical rules, the consultant can apply for supervisory assistance without indicating your name or any other data that can determine your identity.
The TreatField platform can use your data information to improve the quality of services or to conduct research, but data will never be used to establish your identity.
Your password
You agree to keep the password secure and not to share it with anyone for any purpose.
Video, and audio recording
TREATFIELD does not use any built-in software that could make any video or audio recordings.
Cookies
Trifield uses "Cookies", which are small files stored in your browser to help manage websites.
We use cookies to enable the technical operation of the Platform, to administer your log-in to the account and to collect the Log Data. The Platform may also include the use of cookies of services owned or provided by third parties that are not covered by our privacy policy and we do not have access or control over these cookies.
